Moving Cleaning

We offer two choices for move in/out cleaning.

  • First is a very detailed cleaning of the whole house, which includes tasks such as those listed in Table 1 below.

  • The second one is a basic cleaning that includes tasks like the ones listed in Table 2.

As with all of our services, you can customize your move in/out cleaning to best suit your needs.

We provide all necessary cleaning supplies except special cleaners such as oven cleaner, marble or granite cleaner and stainless steel cleaner. We also provide equipment that is needed to clean your house including vacuum cleaners, step ladders, long dusters, pails and mops.

Move in/out cleaning appointments can start as early as 8:00 a.m. and as late as 6:00 p.m.

​

Prices for move in/out cleaning start at $120.00 per hour per maid, however we currently offer discount on move in/out packages, please check our Special Offers page for more details.

​

We will try to accommodate any cleaning requests we can meet within the amount of time you book for your appointment. If we cannot finish all your requests in the time provided, we will contact you to discuss further options.

​

Depending on the size of your home, this cleaning package can be booked with a single maid or a team of two or more maids.

​

For clients who look to have their home absolutely spotless we suggest upgrading Moving Cleaning package to our Spic And Span Cleaning package.

Self-cleaning ovens have to be put on a self-cleaning cycle the day before the cleaning, as it usually takes a few hours for the oven to go through the cycle and cool down afterwards.

If your oven is not self-cleaning, please spray it with the oven cleaner the night before the cleaning and leave the spray on the kitchen counter as it may need to be re-sprayed and cleaned again after the initial cleaning. (We do not provide spray oven cleaners.) Please note that the appointment will take longer as cleaning of the oven that does not have a self-cleaning feature may take almost one hour.

Spring Cleaning

Our post-renovation cleaning package is the best option for cleaning the dust, dirt and debris after full or partial house renovations. This package is also suitable for cleaning newly constructed houses.

Our maids will come to your house fully prepared with all the needed cleaning supplies and equipment aside from special cleaning products such as marble cleaner, granite cleaner, or stainless steel cleaner.

​

Generally, for post-renovation cleaning appointments, we assign a team of two or more maids depending on the scope of the job.

​

Post-renovation cleaning appointments can be booked anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

​

This package can be booked for the entire house or only certain rooms/areas.

​

The maids will try to finish as many cleaning requests they can within the time you have scheduled. If they are unable to meet all your requests in the time provided, we will contact you to discuss extending the appointment time.

Please note that we are not able to clean/remove paint stains, paint droplets, silicone, caulk, glue and grout marks or any other stuck on debris from floors and/or other surfaces. We also do not remove protective films or paper from floors, appliances and other surfaces.
